Only one (1) e-poster and one (1) oral abstract submission is permitted per presenter. The deadline for abstract submissions is September 7, 2021 at midnight EDT. Given the limited number of oral presentation slots available, abstract presentations may be declined by the Organizing Committee and the Session Chairs. Final decision notices will be sent to authors by the end of day Friday, September 17, 2021. GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS The ArcticNet Annual Scientific Meeting Call for Abstracts is now closed. Thank you to all those who submitted abstracts.
Important: It is expected that the online conference will host at least 250 presentations across the topical sessions. In order to support our presenters and limit the potential technical difficulties that may arise during live presentations, all presentations must be recorded in advance.
Applicants will be notified if their submission(s) were successful by end of day Friday, September 17, 2021. Should your submission be selected, you will receive detailed instructions, including a tutorial video on how to prepare your presentation(s) at that time. All videos must be received by the ArcticNet Secretariat by end of day Friday, October 22, 2021 to be included in the conference.
Note that translation services will not be available and that the official conference language is English.
